Foundations for Wellness Scan $225 ($450 value) + 1 hour consultation
Your appointment time is dedicated to only you, as we do not overbook our clients. Our questionnaire can take 15-20 minutes to fill out. We highly recommend printing your own copy of the questionnaire (which is available through our Client Forms tab) or arriving early to your scheduled appointment.
We value your time just as much as we value ours! With an increase in bookings, we have implemented a deposit to confirm your slot in our calendar. This $50 deposit goes towards your appointment cost for the visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we must receive an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call (832-588-8863) by 5 P.M. (CST) at least two business days before your confirmed appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with shorter notice may not receive their money back. We understand that life is unpredictable at times and will be more than happy to work with you. If you do not show up for your confirmed appointment and we have not received any notice, you will not receive a refund.

Dr. Johnson uses a holistic approach focusing on full-body wellness and whole-person, individualized assessment. With your body constantly changing, you need help to keep up with these needs. Along with Dr. Johnson’s expertise, we use ZYTO technology to help you maintain the highest levels of wellness possible.
This complimentary Foundations for Wellness ZYTO scan runs over 500 biomarkers (digital signatures representing various body parts and functions, such as organs, glands, and systems) within the 12 body systems:
How does a ZYTO Scan work?
ZYTO’s FDA cleared Hand Cradle gathers information evaluated by the software in the context of digital signatures, or Virtual Items. These Virtual items represent things such as body organs and systems, foods, and nutritional supplements. Similar to questionnaires, these can be organized into sequences for scanning, and the galvanic skin response data collected by the hand cradle provides the answers. After completing a scan, the software’s analysis is documented in the form of a report, which Dr. Johnson will go over and help interpret in order to help you make decisions to maintain your wellness.
